Just like April flowers, our newest issue of Raising the Bar is in full bloom!

This season, Raising the Bar is all about the changing landscape of bar exam testing, featuring Joan W. Howarth’s distinguished commentary on the potential application of performance tests for legal education and licensing, as well as two articles that consider the NextGen bar exam.
