On August 1, the California Attorney Practice Analysis (CAPA) survey was rolled out to all lawyers in the state of California through an invitational email. This groundbreaking project—funded by a grant from AccessLex Institute—will contribute to the advancement of California bar exam content, exam format and the cut score. The survey will gather detailed information from attorneys across the state about how they apply their knowledge and skills professionally. The results will be analyzed to determine what new lawyers need to know and practice to be successful—an endeavor core to AccessLex’s purpose-driven mission.

Check out the social media campaign the California Bar has undertaken to spread awareness of CAPA—#LawPractice2020. And you can learn more in this press release.
