Using recently released reports from the National Association for Law Placement and the National Center for Education Statistics, AccessLex Institute has compiled the latest legal education data to show trends in law school tuition, debt, graduate employment outcomes and more.
For instance, the report shows that the average cumulative amount borrowed by law students declined slightly between 2012 and 2016. The report also shows that nearly half of law students enroll with undergraduate debt, and the average undergraduate debt load is $25,500.
