To support the community with the scholarship to represent the interest of those involved with the subject matter which comes before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and its reviewed tribunals.

Students pursuing a J.D. degree, enrolling for the upcoming year at any ABA accredited law school
Demonstrable interest in one of the many topics that lie within the procedure, substance, or scope of the jurisdiction of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (see website for more details)
Demonstrated financial need
Depending on available funds and other factors, the Association may also consider awarding additional scholarships based primarily on need.
