The Honorable T. John Ward American Inn of Court is proud to offer the Franklin Jones, Jr. Memorial Scholarship for law students from the Eastern District of Texas, and demonstrates commitment to assisting aspiring law students from circumstances of need become lawyers of high ethics, civility, and professionalism.

Law students and prospective law students from the Eastern District of Texas who are enrolled or have been accepted to an ABA accredited law school in the U.S.
Demonstrate financial need or hardship
Demonstrate commitment, qualities and actions toward ethics, civility and professionalism, academic merit, written and/or oral communications skills, leadership qualities and community involvement
Member of a historically under represented group in the practice of law
May not be offered this year - verify status with the scholarship provider
