To provide scholarships to bona fide residents of the state of Georgia who are graduates of accredited colleges, and who wish to attend accredited schools of law.

Attending accredited schools of law and graduate of an accredited college (with preference for those who wish to attend UVA Law or Mercer Law)
Bona fide resident of the state of Georgia
