Kelsey Risman

Kelsey Risman is a sociologist and program evaluator who is passionate about our potential to positively impact people and organizations through careful and creative work. She specializes in program design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Her approach is grounded in systems thinking – recognizing that individuals, institutions, and outcomes always exist within a broader context. As Director of Program Evaluation, she leads the assessment of internal and external initiatives, with a focus on expanding access and opportunity across the educational pathway. Kelsey brings a rigorous and intentional approach to her work, combining quantitative and qualitative expertise with a strong belief that meaningful impact starts with a clear and grounded understanding of the people who design, deliver, and experience programs.
