LeAndra Ross, M.P.A., is an Accredited Financial Counselor^® and the Lead Regional Director of AccessLex Institute’s Center for Education and Financial Capability^®. She has 20 years of financial aid administration and financial education experience, working with students and professionals from a variety of backgrounds on building and cultivating their financial capabilities. In her role at AccessLex, LeAndra supports law students and legal professionals in building financial confidence and navigating complex personal finance topics, including debt management, budgeting, and overall financial wellness. A recognized thought leader in the legal community, she regularly delivers presentations as well as authors national and industry articles addressing financial wellness, student debt, and personal finance issues affecting current and future legal professionals.
