Madison Watts

Madison Watts supports AccessLex Institute’s legislative, regulatory, and advocacy priorities through in-depth research, policy analysis, and the cultivation of key stakeholder relationships.

Before joining AccessLex, Madison served at The Council of State Governments Justice Center, where she worked closely with state leaders to advance effective and data‑informed public safety policies. She previously worked at EAB, providing research and strategic insights to higher education and K-12 leaders nationwide.

Madison holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Towson University and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.
