Each year, the DBA awards scholarships to eligible law students who demonstrate community service involvement, academic commitment and financial need.

This award is intended to help defray expenses of pursuing a law school education and open to students who have demonstrated some commitment or contribution to the LGBT community or LGBT legal issues.

The NW Law Firm knows law school in the United States is expensive. Their firm wants to help a law student avoid some of the costs associated with law school. This scholarship award is offered bi-annually, spring and fall.

This scholarship is to support any lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) students. Each scholar is paired with a mentor and participates in leadership development programs and events.

To promote African-American females in the field of law to help support outstanding law students and recognize extraordinary individuals and institutions.

The Black Women Lawyers’ Association Scholarship Fund (BWLA-SF) endeavors to encourage African-American women in the law through support in their legal education and to promote diversity in the legal profession.

This memorial scholarship award is for law students. Student must be legally blind in order to be eligible to apply.

Annually, the Asian American Law Fund of New York provides up to three law students with tuition assistance who demonstrate a commitment to the Asian American community.

AABA recognizes the importance of fostering the growth of law students to improve the future development of the Asian Pacific American bar. AABA will award scholarships to deserving law students who are committed to advocating and improving their communities.
