This award was designed to urge young lawyers to cultivate their cultural literacy and pay close attention to events unfolding on the world stage as well as promote diversity for first year law students.

Demonstrate a commitment to diversity
Fellows will receive a one-time US$5,000 award paid at the beginning of the summer program to help pay for tuition and law school expenses. Once they join, they will be paid as summer associates (currently US$3,900 per week)
O’Melveny is primarily recruiting fellows in Downtown Los Angeles, Century City, Newport Beach, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC
