Offered each semester, this scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student with a criminal history who proves they are making the effort to change their life for the better.

Eligibility Requirements:
Have a criminal history (Felony and Misdemeanor offenses, not Infractions or minor traffic violations).
Attending an accredited college or university within the United States.
U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
