The Hoggatt Injury Law Children of Injured Workers Scholarship provides a scholarship to support the education of a student whose parent has been affected by a work-related injury.

Eligibility Requirements:
Enrolled (or will be) in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university through at least the fall semester
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
Eligible applicants have at least one parent who has been injured or killed in a work-related accident
U.S. Citizen
At least 18 years old
