The Houtan Scholarship Foundation
To aid in the increased exposure of the Iranian culture, the Houtan Foundation has established a scholarship for students from all origins – Iranian and non-Iranian – with an interest in promoting Iran’s great culture, heritage, language and civilization. The scholarship will allow recipients to make a difference in the society where they reside.

Eligibility Requirements:
Attending a graduate school or have been admitted to a graduate school
Speak, write, or read Parsi at minimum intermediate level
Academic achievement
