The student must be either a first or second-generation immigrant living in the U.S.
Family income must be considered to be low-income, with an annual household income of less than $50,000.
Enrolled in, or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university within the U.S.
Must have a GPA of 4.0 or higher in their most recently completed academic semester.
