This scholarship will be awarded to a second or third year law student with a connection to and interest in practicing in McLean County, IL. Prime candidates will express and demonstrate a commitment to legal aid work, pro bono activities, or community service.

Demonstrate a commitment to McLean County, Bloomington-Normal and/or its surrounding communities through residency in the county, through academic ties to local schools or through past or future employment.
