The Latino Scholarship Program supports students entering or continuing college or graduate school. First generation, low- and moderate-income students in Oregon and SW Washington have won in the past.

Enrolled in an accredited community college, 4-year college or university, or an accredited graduate degree program
Applicant must be currently attending a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington or have attended a high school in Oregon OR Clark County, Washington and currently enrolled in an accredited college
Hispanic ancestry
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Demonstrated academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, and community service
Amount varies annually.
Applicant must be currently attending a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington or have attended a high school in Oregon OR Clark County, Washington and currently enrolled in an accredited college
