Scholarships are awarded to students who are members of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups and who are exploring a career in IP law. Scholars engage with experts and leaders in the patent law field during the law school admissions process and throughout their law school experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

Attend or plan to attend an ABA-accredited law school in the Fall semester

Identify as members of a racial or ethnic minority group that is currently underrepresented in the patent law profession

Award Description:

The program awards up to $5,000 per Scholar to cover the cost of the law admission process and a limited number of $30,000 tuition grant awards to select Scholars, payable over three years.
