William S. Bullinger Scholarship

In memory of William S. Bullinger, a respected practitioner who tirelessly advanced the Association’s encouragement of professionalism, civility in practice, and dialogue between the Bench and Bar. The award is based primarily on economic need, although other criteria including academic promise and an interest in the subject matter of the Federal Circuit’s legal community are considered.

Eligibility Requirements:

Pursuing a J.D. degree at any law school accredited by the American Bar Association

Show a demonstrable interest in one of the many topics that lie within the procedure, substance, or scope of the jurisdiction of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
