The Annual WLAC/Rhoda and Judge Stuart Hing Scholarship seeks to support a diverse returning law student with a demonstrated commitment to advocating on behalf of women, with leadership potential, who is engaged in the Alameda County legal community, and is able to attend the annual Judges' Reception to receive the scholarship.
