The Intellectual Property Law Student Writing Competition (the “Competition”) seeks to promote academic debate and the dissemination of ideas and scholarly writing in the field of intellectual property.

Current law student
In good standing
Attend a law school in Virginia
Resident of Virginia attend law school outside the state
May not be offered this year, please check with scholarship provider.
$5,000 (Section may award a second prize of $2,500)
Must attend a law school in VA or be a resident of VA attending a law school outside VA
