Strong academic qualifications, with academic and career goals focused on environmental improvement

Must have completed at least one semester or quarter of course work to apply, and be seeking the Master’s (J.D.) as their terminal degree

Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion

Admitted to a Law School

Either from Orange County, CA (OC high school or community college graduates) OR for non-OC Latino students who are attending an OC Law School

Participated in college pre-law programs or clubs as well as worked or volunteered in a local Law Firm or public service agency and/or the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association.

Enrolled at an accredited law school in the U.S. 

Identify as Black, Indigenous, Latino/a, Asian-American, Pacific Islander, or other person of color

Demonstrate academic and leadership ability

Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university in the U.S.

Student must be enrolled full-time unless their disability prevents them from attending full-time
