Must be a veteran with an Honorable Discharge or a current member of the United States Military

Student at any of the following schools who have completed their first year of law school and is currently enrolled for their second, third, or fourth year of law school.

• UC College of the Law, San Francisco
• University of San Francisco School of Law
• Santa Clara University School of Law
• University of California – Berkeley School of Law
• Stanford Law School
• Golden Gate University School of Law

Enrolled in a degree granting and accredited institution

Must be honorably serving in the U.S. Army Reserve or U.S. Army or U.S. Army National Guard or the lineal descendant of a woman who has served or is serving honorably in the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve or U.S. Army National Guard

Minimum 2.5 GPA high school graduation

Commander's verification of active duty or qualified documentation of the sponsor or women's service

Undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree

Veteran and active duty service members from all branches of the military including National Guard and Reserves who have served in pre- and post-9/11 service areas

Current spouses of veteran or active duty service members, including surviving spouses

Spouses, veterans and service members who apply must be a full-time student pursuing specific degrees at a public or private, U.S.-based, accredited institution (see website for more details)

Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited college or university for the upcoming semester. Pursuing an associate's, bachelor's, graduate, post-graduate or doctoral degree

Disabled veteran (100% service-connected disability) or surviving spouse/child of a deceased service member (service related death)
