Each year, LAAC offers the Dan Bradley Fellowship to fund law students who want to spend their summer working at a LAAC member legal aid organization. The Fellowship is awarded to outstanding students who want to pursue a career in public interest law and who want to spend their summer working in a rural area or on a rural issue.

The fellowship competition is open to first-year law students who intend to carry out significant activities during the summer in the areas of civil rights and/or civil liberties. Proposed activities may include a writing or research project, work with a public interest organization in the areas of civil rights or civil liberties, work on a civil rights or civil liberties law case under the supervision of a faculty member or lawyer, or any other work in the areas of civil rights or civil liberties.

The Trial LawHER Scholarship was created to help a rising 3L female law student achieve her goal of becoming a plaintiff trial lawyer. This scholarship intends to elevate a rising woman leader in the plaintiff trial lawyer space and educate future trial lawyers around the importance and impact of settlement planning.

Our firm believes that every party involved in divorce and family law cases deserves a talented, dedicated advocate to help them fight for fair treatment under the law. It’s not enough for us to help our clients obtain justice for their unique situations—we want to make sure that the law itself is applied properly so that others don’t have to go through what they did.That’s why we’ve established this scholarship program: to foster an attitude of fairness and compassion in those who are pursuing a career in family law. We hope it will encourage you, too, as you take steps on your path toward becoming an attorney.

This scholarship is for student pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law studies or a student entering law school.

This scholarship and an opportunity to complete an internship at Mirza Law is for future leaders in employment and personal injury law.

This nationally-based scholarship awards money to aspiring individuals with disabilities who wish to further their education.
