The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund aids people active in movements for social and economic justice. Need-based scholarships are awarded to students who are able to do academic work at the college or university level.

The scholarship will be awarded to one current second, third or fourth-year law student to defray the costs associated with law school, such as tuition, fees, books, and similar school-related expenses.

The fellowship competition is open to first-year law students who intend to carry out significant activities during the summer in the areas of civil rights and/or civil liberties. Proposed activities may include a writing or research project, work with a public interest organization in the areas of civil rights or civil liberties, work on a civil rights or civil liberties law case under the supervision of a faculty member or lawyer, or any other work in the areas of civil rights or civil liberties.

The Trial LawHER Scholarship was created to help a rising 3L female law student achieve her goal of becoming a plaintiff trial lawyer. This scholarship intends to elevate a rising woman leader in the plaintiff trial lawyer space and educate future trial lawyers around the importance and impact of settlement planning.

Scholarship intended for law students currently enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. law school, with demonstrated commitment to advancing Latino civil rights in their careers.
