Scholarship is awarded to a Westmoreland county resident enrolled in any law school.

The Wayne R. Donahue Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to a Westmoreland County resident enrolled in a Pennsylvania law school.

By providing financial assistance, mentorship and knowledge, the Legally BLK Fund seeks to redefine the future of the legal profession by reducing some of the barriers of entry for Black women. Our mission is to provide Black women with the tools, knowledge and confidence to achieve their legal aspirations. Legally BLK Fund’s vision is that Black women have the opportunity to succeed in the law school application process and beyond.

The Illinois Judges Foundation awards the Harold Sullivan Scholarship to one or more students attending an Illinois law school.

California Judges Foundation (CJF) offers a need-based scholarship to aspiring law students in California, created to celebrate the life of a young man who died at age 21. The mission of this award is to promote education and make a lasting impact on future generations devoted to the rule of law and equal access to justice.

Each year, the DBA awards scholarships to eligible law students who demonstrate community service involvement, academic commitment and financial need.

Education comes at a cost, a pricey one at that. Even the most financially stable individuals can fall into a bit of financial disarray with no warning. This scholarship hopes to alleviate some of that cost. 

This award is intended to help defray expenses of pursuing a law school education and open to students who have demonstrated some commitment or contribution to the LGBT community or LGBT legal issues.

This is a biannual, national scholarship for law students. We remember our own law school experience fondly; the education and networking opportunities we received during undergrad and law school continue to be invaluable to this day. 

Students who have experienced first-hand the pressure of debt and how it shaped you, and how it has affected your plans for college are encouraged to apply for this scholarship.

The Oscar W. Rittenhouse, Andrew K, Ruotolo, Jr., Harris Y. Cotton and the John H. Stamler Memorial Scholarships to law students and college and graduate students.

The County Prosecutors Association of the State of New Jersey, Inc. offers several scholarships aimed at law students and college and graduate students.

A New Jersey resident accepted for admission into a law school, with interest in pursuing a career as a prosecutor and demonstrated financial need can benefit from this scholarship.

The Disability Scholarship demonstrates the law firm’s commitment to helping students with disabilities or injuries who are in need of financial assistance for education purposes.

The grant honors Vernellia R. Randall, who has made a lasting contribution to the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation and has played a significant role in the effort to give women and minorities greater access to the justice system.

This award is given to a student interested in pursuing the study of law with a specific goal of helping survivors of sexual assault, rape, child abuse, or sexual harassment in the workplace.

To further its commitment to support law students, HBA-DC maintains a scholarship for 3L/4L law J.D. students attending law schools in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

The Roxanne Barton Conlin Scholarship recognizes excellence in academics, community service and activities that advance women. The intent of the scholarship is to provide an educational supplement for a female law student who has distinguished herself through academics, community service and/or involvement in activities promoting women.

OCWLA Foundation is pleased to provide the Bar Stipend Award to worthy law students about to take the bar exam. Offered twice a year, the award is given to the student(s) that best exemplifies the mission of OCWLA, and a commitment to scholarship, community service, advancement of women or women’s issues, financial need, and to Orange County.

OCWLA Foundation awards a Diversity Stipend to a recent law school graduate with a minority ethnic background and achievements and contributions in scholarship, community service, advancement of diversity or diversity issues. Financial need and connection to Orange County are also considered.

The scholarship aims to get students thinking about children’s health on a national scale. 

The NW Law Firm knows law school in the United States is expensive. Their firm wants to help a law student avoid some of the costs associated with law school. This scholarship award is offered bi-annually, spring and fall.

Since 1935, International Municipal Lawyers Association has been devoted to promoting excellence in the practice of local government law, through publications, conferences, online resources, amicus support and an active community of local government lawyer members. Named in honor of Charles Thompson, local government law lecturer, county attorney, and long-time Executive Director of IMLA, the IMLA Scholarships are an extension of IMLA’s activities, by encouraging law students to pursue the study of local government law and expanding the ranks of local government practitioners.

This award will recognize the potential of a socio-economic challenged student who has a vision of giving back to their community.

This scholarship is offered to support a student with a family connection to cancer so they may continue their education

This is a national, needs-based scholarship for students pursuing a career in criminal justice. Undergraduates and law school students are encouraged to apply.

The aim of this scholarship is to provide support to law school students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education and a legal career.

Provides opportunities for continuing generations of able and accomplished Latinos to achieve excellence and become leaders in the legal field.

This award is designed to assist a full or part-time law student who is not in his or her final year of study.

This award is available to a second or third-year student attending any New Jersey law school. Applicants must demonstrate genuine financial need as well as a history of and/or desire to work in public service law.

Citywide Law Group offers this scholarship to a current or aspiring law student to assist with the financial hardship law school can be.

This education trust scholarship is geared to provide support to Jewish students, born and raised in the Chicago Metropolitan area. The trust's mission is to actively promote excellence in legal education and to encourage the most scholastically qualified students to remain or return to Chicago area to practice law. The primary criteria for the award are career promise and financial need.

The Margaret Yardley Fellowship Fund was established to provide fellowship grants to deserving women who are New Jersey residents pursuing post-graduate advanced studies at the school of their choice.

To promote African-American females in the field of law to help support outstanding law students and recognize extraordinary individuals and institutions.

The Black Women Lawyers’ Association Scholarship Fund (BWLA-SF) endeavors to encourage African-American women in the law through support in their legal education and to promote diversity in the legal profession.

Scholarships will be awarded to law students studying energy, environmental, natural resource, and mineral law at schools holding membership in the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.

The Rebecca and Sada Tarshis Memorial Scholarship was established through a legacy gift from the Tarshis sisters to provide tuition assistance to Jewish students for higher education at accredited colleges, universities, and graduate schools.

To assist students who have received foster care, guardianship, adoption, or Continuing Education and Job Training from the Casey Family Programs in certain states, this scholarship will assist students attending college or graduate school.

This memorial scholarship award is for law students. Student must be legally blind in order to be eligible to apply.

This award is provided annually in honor of George A. Strait, an exceptional law librarian and life-long member of the American Association of Law Librarians.

The Trans/Nonbinary Law Graduates of Color Grant Fund will award three unrestricted to help offset the costs associated with the period of time between graduation and taking the Bar Exam/employment. 

Due to the generosity of many Rhode Islanders, the Foundation is able to offer scholarships and fellowships to students from middle school to post-graduate level, from communities throughout the state, and in many different fields of study

The purpose of this SCWiL Scholarship is to assist a deserving law student who has demonstrated involvement in and dedication to serving the community by providing financial support to defray the cost of their legal education. This Scholarship is open to all applicants regardless of gender.

Annually, the Asian American Law Fund of New York provides up to three law students with tuition assistance who demonstrate a commitment to the Asian American community.

The purpose of this scholarship is to aid and encourage students to practice law in southwest Missouri, as well as promote collegiality within the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and to foster and increase a spirit of participation by the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association in community service.

This scholarship will assist students from Allen County, Indiana, or those who intend to work there, from underrepresented racial or ethnic groups, enter or continue law school and prepare to join the legal profession. Applicants must be planning to take the LSAT and apply to law school, preparing to enter law school, or enrolled in law school. 

This law firm scholarship is geared toward students with financial need, especially those who are coping with the financial fallout from a serious accident.
