Veteran and active duty service members from all branches of the military including National Guard and Reserves who have served in pre- and post-9/11 service areas

Current spouses of veteran or active duty service members, including surviving spouses

Spouses, veterans and service members who apply must be a full-time student pursuing specific degrees at a public or private, U.S.-based, accredited institution (see website for more details)

Students pursuing any degree-granting program or certificate

Demonstrated involvement with the API Queer and Trans community

Future planned involvement in the API Queer and Trans community

Attending an ABA-accredited law school

Demonstrated leadership potentia

Must be pursuing or planning to pursue a full-time, post-secondary course of study in a degree program at a U.S. institution in the fall of the year of application (one scholarship may be given to a person employed full-time while attending school part-time)

Must be legally blind in both eyes. Must be residing in the U.S., the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico

Must participate in the entire NFB National Convention and in all of its scheduled scholarship program activities (finalists will receive assistance to attend the national convention).

Intent to sit for Delaware State Bar Exam in February or July
