Be either a current law student at an accredited law school or at an accredited undergraduate university planning to attend law school for the following academic year

Minimum 2.8 GPA

Must have either personally worked to protect children's right or stop abuse either as a volunteer, as a counselor, in your professional work or by legal means OR you are an abuse survivor who wishes to use your own experiences to help others

Currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, an accredited college or university or law school for the upcoming academic year

Interest in pursuing the study of law with a specific goal of helping survivors of sexual assault, rape, child abuse, or sexual harassment in the workplace

U.S. citizen

Must permanently reside in: Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, or Virginia

Enrolled or accepted to a U.S. college or university as a full-time student

Open to current high school seniors, vocational students, college attendees, or graduate students enrolled in a two to four-year post-secondary institution or vocational program

U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
