Following areas of study are eligible: anthropology, criminal justice, economics, geography-human, gerontology, history, history of education, human services, international relations, political science, psychology, social philosophy, sociology, social work, as well as related interdisciplinary programs anchored in the Social Sciences, particularly those that focus on age, environment, ethnicity, gender, race, and regional studies

Rising 3L (or rising 4L in a night program) enrolled in an ABA accredited law school

Female

Demonstrated a commitment to a career as a trial lawyer

Dedicated to upholding and defending the principles of the Constitution, and to the concept of a fair trial, the adversary system, and a just result for the injured, the accused, and those whose rights are jeopardized

Must be an AAJ law student member

First year of full-time graduate or professional study

Phi Eta Sigma member

Must be members of the honor society and complete necessary information as listed on the website

Enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university for the spring semester

U.S. Citizen

Pursuing a career in public service such as law, social work, government, non-profit, or education

Enrolled in an accredited U.S. undergraduate program or law school for the upcoming semester
