LexPreLaw by AccessLex – A Review of Alumni Outcomes

LexPreLaw, a LexScholars by AccessLex^® pathway program, is expanding access to legal education for aspiring lawyers from underrepresented racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups who would benefit from further preparation. Across participants, most have navigated law school in good academic standing, challenging the idea that LSAT scores necessarily predict academic performance. Aaron provides leadership and oversight for the AccessLex Center for Legal Education Excellence^®. He has published numerous papers and articles and is a frequent media commentator on education and diversity issues. He is also the creator and leader of the Company’s LexScholars by AccessLex^® diversity pathway research initiative. In addition to these achievements, Aaron was named on The National Jurist’s biannual list of The Most Influential People in Legal Education in 2024 and 2026.
