The JLF Firm Legal Scholars Award will award one scholarship to an entering or current law student that may be used to pay for tuition and fees at the recipient’s law school.
Some application deadlines have not yet been announced. In those cases, the dates posted are based on the scholarship provider’s most recent information. Please confirm each deadline via the provider’s website.
Must be enrolled or accepted into a law school in the United States.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
May not be offered this year - verify status with the scholarship provider
The winner will be notified by any of the contact methods provided. They must respond within three days. The award is payable to the recipient’s law school towards the student’s tuition and fees. The recipient must cooperate to provide information necessary to facilitate payment of the award. The recipient must provide a professional photograph of themselves, and they agree to the release of their application information, essay and photograph in press releases, online and in media, including websites and social media.
