The NBA Gateway to Success Scholarship Award serves to facilitate and encourage minorities to enter the legal profession by assisting minority students to meet the challenges and financial burdens of college and law school.

Economic need
Involvement in the community and diversity related student organizations, leadership abilities and academic achievement
Merit and scholastic performance
Consideration will also be given to extracurricular activities both inside and outside law school
May not be offered this year - verify status with the scholarship provider
Amount varies annually.
