Wallace (Wally) R. Davis Memorial Scholarship
The Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County
This scholarship is sponsored by the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association. It is named in memory of Wally Davis, one of the first Latino attorneys in Orange County who fought for the civil rights of all Latinos.
