Applicant must be currently attending a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington or have attended a high school in Oregon OR Clark County, Washington and currently enrolled in an accredited college

Demonstrated academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, and community service

Enrolled at an accredited law school in the U.S. 

Identify as Black, Indigenous, Latino/a, Asian-American, Pacific Islander, or other person of color

Demonstrate academic and leadership ability

Pursuing an advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MA/S, Ph.D., J.D., L.L.M.) and completed a minimum of 9 credits or equivalent by application deadline

Enrolled in at least 6 credits for the Fall semester

Be available to attend the HPGM Annual Meeting

Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
