Other criteria that will be considered include financial need, academic achievements, extracurricular and community activities, and life experiences

Must have a San Francisco address and/or attend a school within one hundred miles of San Francisco

Admitted to full-time graduate study and working toward a graduate degree in an accredited college or university in the U.S. or Canada

International student (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizens not eligible)

Demonstrated financial need

Must have a full year of coursework remaining, be enrolled and in residence for the entire school year

Any female high-school or college student who wants to start her own online business.

Must join Women Lawyers of Alameda County before submitting stipend application

Have already applied to take the July California Bar Exam

Not currently a member of any state bar

Intend to pursue a legal career

Dedicated to upholding and defending the principles of the Constitution, and to the concept of a fair trial, the adversary system, and a just result for the injured, the accused, and those whose rights are jeopardized
