Current 1L, 2L, and 3L law students at participating MAX Schools (over 80% of the ABA accredited law schools in the U.S.)

Complete MAX activities, ranging from quick surveys, to 10 minute learning modules, and MAX Events (via webinar or in-person) to automatically earn entries at https://askedna.accesslex.org/

Legal U.S. Residents (or lawful permanent Residents) currently residing in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico

American students who have completed at least one year of studies at a law school in the U.S. and who are currently enrolled or accepted to the law faculty of a Finnish university within the U.S. (or applied to and are awaiting acceptance)

OR Finnish Citizens who have completed at least one year of studies at a law faculty in Finland or in the EU and who are currently enrolled or accepted to an ABA law school within the U.S. (or applied to and are awaiting acceptance)

Undergraduate, graduate, or professional degree

Veteran and active duty service members from all branches of the military including National Guard and Reserves who have served in pre- and post-9/11 service areas

Current spouses of veteran or active duty service members, including surviving spouses

Spouses, veterans and service members who apply must be a full-time student pursuing specific degrees at a public or private, U.S.-based, accredited institution (see website for more details)

Admission as an incoming 1L to an ABA Accredited law school

Commitment to work in the south (AL, AK, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, MO, NC, TN, TX, VA) in civil rights law for 8 years after graduation

Commitment to 2 years in a guaranteed post-law fellowship

Currently enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate program

U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Enrolled in or accepted to an accredited institution in the United States.

3.0 GPA

Students pursuing any degree-granting program or certificate

Demonstrated involvement with the API Queer and Trans community

Future planned involvement in the API Queer and Trans community

Students must either be a law student or have completed at least one year of college or university and be currently enrolled.

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Must be a current law school student or recent graduate preparing for the Florida Bar exam

Black law student Attend University of Cincinnati College of Law, Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law or University of Dayton School of Law Resident of Greater Cincinnati

South Jersey, preferably Camden County, resident

Commitment to charitable, humanitarian and/or community service activities

Preference to those who graduated from the Camden City public school system

2L or 3L student attending any New Jersey law school
