The HBA-NJ is committed to the advancement and progress of Hispanic-Americans in the legal profession. In furtherance of that effort, the HBA-NJ awards scholarships each year to eligible law students so they may continue their legal studies at Rutgers Law School-Newark, Seton Hall University Law School and Rutgers Law School-Camden and other area law schools.

This scholarship is intended to encourage and support outstanding achievement and leadership by example from women in the field of law.

This scholarship was created to help increase representation in the Latino community in the field of law and attending school in the University of California school system.

Each year, the DBA awards scholarships to eligible law students who demonstrate community service involvement, academic commitment and financial need.

The Knights of Lithuania Scholarship Program is intended to help a worthy and deserving Knight obtain a college education. The Scholarship Program is intended to be a stimulus for young Lithuanian-Americans to join and be active in our organization.

The Seven Generations Scholarship is available to law students recognized by any Native community as being a Native American, Native Hawaiian or Alaska Native and enrolled at an American Bar Association accredited law school located in Arizona.

A New Jersey resident accepted for admission into a law school, with interest in pursuing a career as a prosecutor and demonstrated financial need can benefit from this scholarship.

The grant honors Vernellia R. Randall, who has made a lasting contribution to the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation and has played a significant role in the effort to give women and minorities greater access to the justice system.

Scholarships are available to all second- and third-year full-time/day and all third and fourth-year part-time/evening students with a keen interest in Italian culture and history from any of the Illinois law schools. Merit and financial need will be taken into consideration.

As part of an ongoing commitment to promote inclusion and diversity within the legal profession, Adler Pollock and Sheehan offers The Honorable Walter R. Stone Excellence Fellowship. The fellowship also provides a Summer Associate position.

Scholarship award is for a law student demonstrating academic achievement, financial need, and potential contribution to the Los Angeles-metropolitan area Italian-American community.

This association scholarship is awarded to diverse, high performing 2L and 3L law students with an interest in intellectual property law. Financial aid need in addition to attending a Houston law school is required. 1Ls will not be considered. A total of 9 scholarships will be awarded; 3 scholarships to each of the 3 Houston area law schools.

Ottinger Employment Lawyers is excited to reintroduce their lawyer scholarship contest. Our employment firm is dedicated to helping employees in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. We understand the challenges college students face in paying for college. This is why we want to extend our help to students pursuing law degrees and selecting one student to be awarded a scholarship to put toward their law school tuition.

This law student scholarship promotes the practice of law in the state of Kansas by awarding a 2L student attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Washburn University School of Law, Creighton University Law School or Oklahoma City University School of Law an annual scholarship.

The Equity and Inclusion Scholarship funds tuition scholarships for law students who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latino/a, Asian American, Pacific Islander, or other person of color who demonstrates an interest in working in an area of natural resources and energy law. 

This scholarship is to help women in their final two years of undergraduate school or graduate program at an accredited college or university.

The purpose of the Otis M. Smith Scholarship Program is to provide scholarships to selected single parent mothers to assist them in obtaining post-secondary education at selected accredited institutions.

The Water S. Barr Fellowship is awarded to students pursuing a specific post-graduate degree. If the degree program requires more than one year of full-time study, the award can be renewed for up to two additional years.

With a focus on religious affiliation, immigrant status, and financial need, this scholarship can be used for law school and can be renewed.

Students who are children of a gay or lesbian parent(s), who demonstrate academic and artistic excellence, and who live in the greater San Francisco Bay Area are eligible.

This organizational scholarship, focused on supporting Latinxs throughout Wisconsin, hopes to help eliminate financial barriers to graduation and open doors to career opportunities for graduate students. Must attend one annual meeting.

The Kimberly M. Cahill Leadership Memorial Scholarship is to be awarded to a second- or third year law student who is currently enrolled in law classes at any accredited Michigan law school. The recipient should demonstrate outstanding qualities of leadership and the ability to inspire and effectively lead others to a defined objective.

Second or third year law students, with financial need and strong academics, who can demonstrate a commitment to Macomb County, MI can benefit from this scholarship.

The Macomb County Bar Foundation is a non-profit organization which was established by the Macomb County Bar Association to identify and support law related education. The Foundation is proud to offer an annual scholarship, which originates from the generous contributions of the Foundation’s Trustees.

Alpha Chi Omega values and encourages our members’ academic pursuits. Scholarship opportunities further that mission, awarding members a chance to ease the financial burden of their educations by covering some of the associated costs.

The Thomas F. Black, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund is a one-time award for an incoming 1L. It is designed to support and foster high legal practice standards and assist Rhode Island residents who have financial need.

This scholarship offers candidates the opportunity to show how their unique background, experiences, and perspectives have contributed, or will contribute, to their endeavors to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community.

This scholarship will be awarded to an aspiring legal professional who exhibits leadership potential and has a commitment to service to the community.

The scholarship will be awarded to a Rhode Island resident who will be entering their first year of law school in the upcoming fall semester.

This scholarship program provides support to qualified Jewish students whose primary residence is in the Greater Los Angeles area with need-based financial aid. Recipients can pursue both undergraduate and graduate studies at colleges, universities and vocational schools nationwide.

The SCWLF awards $5,000 scholarships to African-American female law students who have committed to careers as prosecutors. For these future prosecutors the Scholarship program covers the cost of the bar application and preparation up to $5,000. The Scholarship program also offers a $5,000 incentive for scholarship recipients who secure employment as prosecutors. 

This award is provided annually in honor of George A. Strait, an exceptional law librarian and life-long member of the American Association of Law Librarians.

Scholarships are available to assist individuals studying to become law librarians and who intend to have a career in legal information.

Provides graduate students of Armenian descent a scholarship opportunity to further their educational goals.

The Herbert Lehman Scholarship is a national, highly competitive scholarship that makes annual awards to qualified, outstanding undergraduate students. The scholarship is named after the former Governor and United States Senator from New York in recognition of his integrity, courage, and persistence on behalf of numerous civil rights causes.

The Samuel J. Goldstein, Esquire, Scholarship Fund was established at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships to benefit students from Allegheny County and contiguous counties who are planning to attend or already attend law school in Pennsylvania.

The purpose of the scholarship fund is to provide assistance to residents and/or natives of Durham County who are attending law school, who can demonstrate a significant connection to the Durham community. Since its inception the scholarship program has enjoyed strong support from the Bar as a way of both recognizing and supporting such students.

The Haneman-Perskie Memorial Foundation Scholarship is a non-profit corporation created for the purpose of awarding scholarships and administered by a Board of Trustees comprised of the officers of the Atlantic County Bar Association.

The Earl Warren Scholarship is awarded annually to rising law students whose commitment to racial justice reveals outstanding potential for training as civil rights and public interest attorneys. Eligible law students include those entering their first or second year of full-time legal study at an accredited law school.
