Admitted to or currently enrolled in an accredited law school in the U.S.

Graduates with outstanding academic records from China’s universities (including universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)

Continuing education by pursuing advanced legal degrees at top-tier Chinese or foreign law schools (inclusive of J.D., LL.M. and LL.B. degrees in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign law schools)

Intend to pursue a legal career in Mainland China after completing studies in China or abroad

2L at an ABA accredited Law School in the U.S.

Member of a diverse population that historically has been underrepresented in the legal profession

Authorized for work in the U.S.

Enrolled in good standing as a second-year law student at an ABA-accredited law school in the J.D. class of 2026.

Belong to a group that historically has been underrepresented in the intellectual property legal profession.

Hispanic student

Attending Quinnipiac University School of Law, University of Connecticut School of Law, Western New England School of Law, or Yale Law School

Final year of studies for a J.D. degree at an ABA approved law school in Washington, DC

Students of Hispanic or Latino descent or heritage

Currently enrolled and in good standing

Minimum 3.0 GPA

U.S. citizen

Must permanently reside in: Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, or Virginia

Enrolled or accepted to a U.S. college or university as a full-time student

Be enrolled Full-Time at an accredited graduate institution ONLY in California or New England

Graduate School and Law School

U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient

Strong academic qualifications, with academic and career goals focused on environmental improvement

Must have completed at least one semester or quarter of course work to apply, and be seeking the Master’s (J.D.) as their terminal degree

1L (day) or 2L (evening) student

Part of an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission racial/ethnic group, or

LGBTQ+ Community, or

Committed to diversity

2nd-year student enrolled in an accredited law school

Law school must located in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or the District of Columbia

3.0 GPA or greater

Must have a full year of coursework remaining, be enrolled and in residence for the entire school year

Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student in the fall

Member in good standing of a fully participating sorority of the National Panhellenic Conference

African-American or Black

Admitted to an accredited college, university, or vocational institution
