NIBA seeks to increase the membership and participation of Native attorneys in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The purpose of the NIBA bar stipend is to aid graduating Native law students, who are committed to advancing the goals and visions of Native communities and people through legal representation and advocacy, with bar exam preparation for either of the Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State bar exams.

The purpose of the NIBA bar stipend is to aid graduating Native law students, who are committed to advancing the goals and visions of Native communities and people through legal representation and advocacy, with bar exam preparation for either of the Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State bar exams.

This scholarship will be awarded to an individual who shows leadership potential either within the LGBTQ+ community or within their field of study.

One application can be used to apply for several scholarships with the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, all aimed at law students at one of the Foundation's Constituent Law Schools.

To assist students who have received foster care, guardianship, adoption, or Continuing Education and Job Training from the Casey Family Programs in certain states, this scholarship will assist students attending college or graduate school.
