Annually provides financial assistance for up to five law students with significant financial need who are working with Bay-Area community-based legal service providers to enhance the delivery of legal services to the Latino community. These scholarships are designed to fund summer employment.

Eligibility Requirements:

Law student enrolled in a Bay Area law school

Significant financial need

Unpaid summer job working with Bay Area, CA community-based legal service providers to enhance the delivery of legal services to the Latino community (including working in a judicial role or with a government agency)

Award Description:

Up to 5 scholars of no more than $5,000 each, for summer employment
