The Supporting Prisoners’ Families Scholarship was established to help students who have loved ones who have been convicted of criminal offenses.

The May Firm's scholarship goal is to provide students with assistance in obtaining a higher education, and taking some of the financial burden off of hard working students. This bi-annual scholarship will be provided to a student enrolled at either a community college or university.

In commemoration of Carole Bailey, Chief Deputy Clerk of Administrative Services of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, this scholarship is awarded to law students with a demonstrated commitment to public service.

Studying at the University of Texas not only prepared Neal Davis academically, but gave him the opportunity to meet his mentor, Dick DeGuerin. His collegiate experience shaped the lawyer Neal would become. What better way to pay that forward than by creating a scholarship opportunity for others?

Scholarship is awarded to the most outstanding female minority law student applicant from the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex area.

Scholarship is awarded to the most outstanding male minority law student applicant from the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex area, or attending law school in the DFW Metroplex.

Financial Need Minority Scholarships are awarded to minority law students who are from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, or attending law school in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Applicant's need, disadvantaged circumstances, community involvement, and other factors, in addition to merely academic standing, will be considered.

This foundation scholarship is geared to law students who reside in, or attend a law school in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In addition to the residency requirement, this is also a merit and need based scholarship. However, disadvantaged circumstance will be taken into consideration.

The RIG Future Academy Scholarship is designed to help students on their way to academic success.

This scholarship is a one-time award to a second-year law student attending an Illinois Law School. It is named for the Hon. William Stewart Boyd, who has spent more than two decades as an Associate Judge for the Cook County Circuit Court, and who has agreed to mentor the scholarship winners.

Offered twice a year, the award is given to the student(s) that best exemplifies the mission of OCWLA, and a commitment to scholarship, community service, advancement of women or women’s issues, financial need, and to Orange County.

OCWLA Foundation awards a Diversity Stipend to a recent law school graduate with a minority ethnic background and achievements and contributions in scholarship, community service, advancement of diversity or diversity issues. Financial need and connection to Orange County are also considered.

Vinson & Elkins annually awards Diversity Fellowships to some of the brightest law students from top law schools in the U.S.

The Kilroy Law Firm Justice Scholarship promotes diversity within the profession for Black/African American, Hispanic, Native North American, and Pacific Islander students. This scholarship will be awarded to a law school student.

This is a national, needs-based scholarship for students pursuing a career in criminal justice. Undergraduates and law school students are encouraged to apply.

NIBA seeks to increase the membership and participation of Native attorneys in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The purpose of the NIBA bar stipend is to aid graduating Native law students, who are committed to advancing the goals and visions of Native communities and people through legal representation and advocacy, with bar exam preparation for either of the Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State bar exams.
