Resident of Delaware

Enrolled full-time studying engineering, chemistry, medicine (MD or DO), dentistry or law at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire academic year

College senior planning to enter the first year of graduate school or high school senior planning to enter the first year of college

Resident of Delaware who was born in DE (copy of birth certificate required)

Class rank must be in upper 20% and graduate students submit approximate test scores for fiend of study

Demonstrate financial need - family income must be under $75,000 unless extenuating circumstances are demonstrated

Pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees in a variety of fields

Be starting or currently attending a technical school, college or university in pursuit of a certificate, associate’s, bachelor’s or graduate/professional degree

Received foster care, guardianship or adoption services from Casey Family Programs in Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Washington or Wyoming

Have a connection to the state of Georgia. Preference will be given to applications with a connection to the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit: Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, Muscogee, Talbot and Taylor counties
