The law firm scholarship is designed to help law students who are in need of financial assistance achieve their academic and professional dreams.

This Scholarship is open to law students enrolled at the three Houston, TX area law schools who have a demonstrated commitment to advancing Latino civil rights.

The grant honors Vernellia R. Randall, who has made a lasting contribution to the Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation and has played a significant role in the effort to give women and minorities greater access to the justice system.

This award is given to a student interested in pursuing the study of law with a specific goal of helping survivors of sexual assault, rape, child abuse, or sexual harassment in the workplace.

The Texas Young Lawyers Association intends to award three scholarships to students from the ABA-accredited law schools or ABA-provisionally approved law schools in Texas.

To further its commitment to support law students, HBA-DC maintains a scholarship for 3L/4L law J.D. students attending law schools in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Scholarships are available to all second- and third-year full-time/day and all third and fourth-year part-time/evening students with a keen interest in Italian culture and history from any of the Illinois law schools. Merit and financial need will be taken into consideration.

WSAJ is committed to implementing strategies that will result in significant and measurable progress towards increasing diversity in the plaintiff's bar. To help achieve this endeavor, WSAJ has pledged scholarship monies to assist diverse individuals in covering the tuition cost of a Themis bar preparation course (or reimbursement for the tuition cost of the Themis bar prep program if applicant has already paid).

To support aspiring plaintiff’s attorneys from the LGBTQ community, the section raises funds from its membership to provide scholarships to help cover the tuition costs of a Themis bar review course to law school graduates and APR 6 law clerk graduates who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or otherwise self-identify as a part of the queer community.

To support aspiring female-identifying plaintiffs' attorneys, WOW provides women law school graduates and APR 6 law clerk graduates with scholarships to cover the tuition cost of a Themis bar preparation course

It is hoped that the Colonel Archer B. Battista Veterans Scholarship will help members of the armed services achieve their higher education goals.

As part of an ongoing commitment to promote inclusion and diversity within the legal profession, Adler Pollock and Sheehan offers The Honorable Walter R. Stone Excellence Fellowship. The fellowship also provides a Summer Associate position.

This firm has created a scholarship program that provides assistance to first or second-generation immigrants from low-income families.

The Roxanne Barton Conlin Scholarship recognizes excellence in academics, community service and activities that advance women. The intent of the scholarship is to provide an educational supplement for a female law student who has distinguished herself through academics, community service and/or involvement in activities promoting women.

The Dolores Zohrab Liebmann Fellowships cover tuition and some living expenses for graduate students attending specific institution of higher education within the U.S. with demonstrated financial need. The Selection Committee has a strong preference for supporting scholarly endeavors.

Awarded to a 2L or 3L student who best exemplifies the core values of academic excellence, a demonstrated interest in public service, high integrity and an interest in real property law.

The scholarship is awarded to a full- or part-time student enrolled in a New York state law school.

OCWLA Foundation is pleased to provide the Bar Stipend Award to worthy law students about to take the bar exam. Offered twice a year, the award is given to the student(s) that best exemplifies the mission of OCWLA, and a commitment to scholarship, community service, advancement of women or women’s issues, financial need, and to Orange County.

OCWLA Foundation awards a Diversity Stipend to a recent law school graduate with a minority ethnic background and achievements and contributions in scholarship, community service, advancement of diversity or diversity issues. Financial need and connection to Orange County are also considered.

This association scholarship is awarded to diverse, high performing 2L and 3L law students with an interest in intellectual property law. Financial aid need in addition to attending a Houston law school is required. 1Ls will not be considered. A total of 9 scholarships will be awarded; 3 scholarships to each of the 3 Houston area law schools.

The scholarship aims to get students thinking about children’s health on a national scale. 

The NW Law Firm knows law school in the United States is expensive. Their firm wants to help a law student avoid some of the costs associated with law school. This scholarship award is offered bi-annually, spring and fall.

Ottinger Employment Lawyers is excited to reintroduce their lawyer scholarship contest. Our employment firm is dedicated to helping employees in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. We understand the challenges college students face in paying for college. This is why we want to extend our help to students pursuing law degrees and selecting one student to be awarded a scholarship to put toward their law school tuition.

This memorial foundation provides three scholarships, two of which are specifically dedicated to the support of historically underrepresented minority law students of African-American, Hispanic-American or Native American ancestry. Open to Pennsylvania residents in their second year of a full-time law school program or third year of a part-time program.

Since 1935, International Municipal Lawyers Association has been devoted to promoting excellence in the practice of local government law, through publications, conferences, online resources, amicus support and an active community of local government lawyer members. Named in honor of Charles Thompson, local government law lecturer, county attorney, and long-time Executive Director of IMLA, the IMLA Scholarships are an extension of IMLA’s activities, by encouraging law students to pursue the study of local government law and expanding the ranks of local government practitioners.

This award will recognize the potential of a socio-economic challenged student who has a vision of giving back to their community.

This scholarship is offered to support a student with a family connection to cancer so they may continue their education

This is a rotating scholarship between the six-Chicago area law schools. Each school selects its own recipient.

This is a national, needs-based scholarship for students pursuing a career in criminal justice. Undergraduates and law school students are encouraged to apply.

The Don H. Liu Scholars Program seeks to identify, cultivate and inspire future Asian American leaders within the legal profession in order to address the single most important reality facing Asian American professionals today – the barrier to advancement.

This scholarship is for member of historically underrepresented groups in the legal profession, as well as people identifying as a person with disabilities, openly LGBTQ, or military veterans in order to foster the advancement of diversity in the legal profession.

The Scholarship is designed to encourage and assist 1L law students from diverse backgrounds and with diverse perspectives, in pursuing the law as a profession.

This law student scholarship promotes the practice of law in the state of Kansas by awarding a 2L student attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Washburn University School of Law, Creighton University Law School or Oklahoma City University School of Law an annual scholarship.

Provides opportunities for continuing generations of able and accomplished Latinos to achieve excellence and become leaders in the legal field.

The Army Women’s Foundation scholarship recognizes the importance of education and the role it plays in personal, professional and economic fulfillment. This scholarship provides women soldiers, past and present, and their lineal descendants to help them attain their educational goals.

Scholarships are awarded to students who are members of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups and who are exploring a career in IP law. Scholars engage with experts and leaders in the patent law field during the law school admissions process and throughout their law school experience.

Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to students studying real estate and related subjects (architecture, law, engineering, etc.) at the graduate and undergraduate levels. 

The Tillman Scholar program is the premier academic fellowship for military service members, veterans and spouses.

The Association provides scholarships to offset bar examination preparation expenses, for economically disadvantaged students who demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

This foundation bar study award is dedicated to providing financial assistance to students of Latino heritage who intend to pursue careers in the law.

The HSF Scholarship is designed to assist students of Hispanic heritage obtain a university degree. It is open to graduate students in any field of study as well as undergraduate students, community college students transferring to a four-year university, and high school seniors.

This foundation scholarship is geared toward deserving law students including recent law school graduates with a commitment to community service. Financial need, adversity, merit and desire to practice in Southern California will be taken into consideration.
