This scholarship will be awarded to a student pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law studies, or a student entering law school in the upcoming semester. 

This scholarship will be awarded to a student who can discuss how society-impacting changes in the law, and in the way people interact with the law, can help and hinder them in the future. 

Gainsberg Law will select a student who is, or will be, enrolled in an accredited university or college in the Fall semester or the upcoming academic year to receive a scholarship.

The award is guided by the principle that everyone is equal under the law, and that all people should have access to justice and to ensure that the U.S. civil justice system is fair, just and open to all who need it.

This scholarship is in memory of Samuel Krugliak and is awarded annually to a second or third year law student who exhibit an active commitment to their community.

NIBA seeks to increase the membership and participation of Native attorneys in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
