The 1L Diversity Fellowship promotes the commitment to fostering diversity within the Stole Rivers firm and community.

A first-year law student who is a person of color or a member of an underrepresented group is eligible for this diversity fellowship, which includes a 10-week paid summer associate position and a grant.

These 1L Diversity Scholarship recipients will receive a paid position in the Summer Associate Program in one of four offices and a scholarship for 2nd year tuition and expenses.

Scholarship is awarded for first-year law school students which is designed to increase diversity within the firm and the legal profession. Students selected to be Silver Scholars will receive a summer associate position at Proskauer and be eligible for a cash award payable in installments.

This scholarship is offered to 2L or 3L law students who are committed to advancing the goals diversity, equity and inclusion within the legal profession. 

A 1L law student will be selected for an internship and must demonstrate an awareness of the importance of promoting diversity as a result of their life experiences, demonstrated interests, background, personal attributes or characteristics.

The Inclusion & Diversity Fellowship Program offers a pathway for law students who are interested in the practice of antitrust and unfair competition law. Warner Norcross + Judd annually awards a scholarship to any law student enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school

Mintz strives to create an environment where people from all backgrounds are positioned for success. As part of our commitment to promoting diversity at the firm and in the legal profession Mintz awards the Richard Mintz Diversity Scholarship to an exemplary diverse law student each year.

Must be a qualified 1L student at an ABA-accredited law school and must possess a diverse background, a technical degree in science or engineering, and a commitment to pursuing a patent law career in Chicago to apply for this summer associates program.

The Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Diversity Scholarship awards two 1L law student with a scholarship to be applied to the student’s second year tuition and a paid 10-week summer associate position in the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office between the student’s first and second year of law school.

The Association provides scholarships to offset bar examination preparation expenses, for economically disadvantaged students who demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

The Hatton W. Sumners scholarships at the Oklahoma City University School of Law and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law provide full tuition and fees, a book allowance, and a living allowance. This three-year scholarship requires, among other things, that the recipients rank in the top one-third of their class on an annual basis. Four to six new Scholars are selected at each law school each year.
