AABA is a non-profit professional organization for attorneys that provides education, professional development, and service programs for both the legal profession and the community.

The Will County Bar Association in collaboration with the Black Bar Association of Will County, Latino Bar Association of Will County, Will County Women’s Bar Association and Spesia & Taylor Attorneys at Law is pleased to announce applications are currently being accepted for the Will County Legal Opportunity Scholarship Program. The purpose of this Program is to encourage diversity within the Will County legal community by awarding a scholarship to an incoming first year Black or Latino Law Student.

The Illinois Judges Foundation awards the Harold Sullivan Scholarship to one or more students attending an Illinois law school.

This scholarship will help two underrepresented students break down the barriers of higher education, accomplish their educational goals, and prepare them for a future in law.

Cole Schotz P.C. created this scholarship with the intent to advance diverse law students.

Award is intended to help defray expenses of pursuing a law school education an open to students who have demonstrated some commitment or contribution to the LGBT community or LGBT legal issues.

Financial Need Minority Scholarships are awarded to minority law students who are from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, or attending law school in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Applicant's need, disadvantaged circumstances, community involvement, and other factors, in addition to merely academic standing, will be considered.

This Scholarship is open to law students enrolled at the three Houston, TX area law schools who have a demonstrated commitment to advancing Latino civil rights.

This scholarship is a one-time award to a second-year law student attending an Illinois Law School. It is named for the Hon. William Stewart Boyd, who has spent more than two decades as an Associate Judge for the Cook County Circuit Court, and who has agreed to mentor the scholarship winners.

The Texas Young Lawyers Association intends to award three scholarships to students from the ABA-accredited law schools or ABA-provisionally approved law schools in Texas.

This association scholarship is awarded to diverse, high performing 2L and 3L law students with an interest in intellectual property law. A total of 9 scholarships will be awarded; 3 scholarships to each of the 3 Houston area law schools.

The purpose of the Cameron County Bar Association Scholarship is to encourage students to enroll in an ABA-accredited law school and provide financial assistance to ensure students have the opportunity to further their academic career in the legal field.

This is a rotating scholarship between the six-Chicago area law schools. Each school selects its own recipient.

One application can be used to apply for several scholarships with the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, all aimed at law students at one of the Foundation's Constituent Law Schools.

The purpose of the Construction Law Scholarship is to promote the objective and standards of professionalism of the Houston Bar Association within the field of construction law.

These scholarships are for students who are interested in real estate law.

Women and the interests of women in Houston's legal community are promoted by this scholarship. Applicants should demonstrate academic achievement, leadership and philanthropic potential, a strong commitment to the profession, and/or the ability to overcome difficult obstacles.

The purpose of the Corporate Counsel Scholarship is to promote the objectives and standards of professionalism of the Houston Bar Association within the field of corporate law.

Scholarships are available to Houston-area law students with a demonstrated interest in Real Estate Law.

This education trust scholarship is geared to provide support to Jewish students, born and raised in the Chicago Metropolitan area. The trust's mission is to actively promote excellence in legal education and to encourage the most scholastically qualified students to remain or return to Chicago area to practice law. The primary criteria for the award are career promise and financial need.

The Black Women Lawyers’ Association Scholarship Fund (BWLA-SF) endeavors to encourage African-American women in the law through support in their legal education and to promote diversity in the legal profession.

The scholarship is designed to assist students who have demonstrated leadership and a commitment toward the advancement of Hispanics in the legal professions via extracurricular activities. Candidates must demonstrate a potential for successful study of the law. In addition to Houston area law school requirement, financial need will be considered.

This city bar association scholarship is geared to diverse, Latinx student populations, who demonstrate not only academic excellence, but leadership via extracurricular activities.

This foundation scholarship is open to all first, second, and third year law students who either graduated from a public or private high school in Brazoria County, TX, or who currently reside in Brazoria County, TX. Financial need will not be taken into consideration.

Scholarships will be awarded to law students studying energy, environmental, natural resource, and mineral law at schools holding membership in the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.

Those submitting applications are required to submit the application which includes a one-page resume, current transcript, and two letters of reference. Foundation may interview candidates.

The spouses of Congressional Black Caucus members created this scholarship to address the educational need in the congressional districts in response to federal cuts in spending for education programs and scholarships, which disproportionately affect people of color. This opportunity awards scholarships to academically talented and highly motivated African-American or Black students pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees in a variety of fields.

The Bohemian Lawyers' Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to law students of Czech, Moravian, Ruthenian, Silesian, or Slovac ancestry in the Chicagoland area.

To assist students who have received foster care, guardianship, adoption, or Continuing Education and Job Training from the Casey Family Programs in certain states, this scholarship will assist students attending college or graduate school.

The Houston Bar Association Auxiliary Charitable Fund awards scholarship(s) annually to deserving students at each of the Houston area law schools.
